Chicago was our second stop during our trip through USA. We decided to take apartment from Airbnb at Bronzeville. We spend there four days. On the bucket list which we succesfuly completed was Willis Tower, „Polish District” – Jackowo, Millennium Park, Cloud Gate and some wandering in the city.
What is more, we found some time to catch a train to Winnetka, where is located the famous house from movie „Home Alone”
Somebody can says that four days isn’t enough to see Chicago. If I come back there it will definitely be in summer. During last day of our stay in Chicago we have met with friend who has been living there for 17 years, so we went for bowling and saw how Americans spend their free time.
On 22nd at 16:10 we had plane to Frankfurt (FRA) on board Lufthansa B747-8i – LH431. The following day morning, after 5 hours layover in FRA, we landed in Warsaw.
